Event Details

  • Going with a little more detail, the new thing which you will meet is the new interface. Now everything looks much better, MLB The Show 18 Stubs even though one could not think that this past year's version could be that enhanced in only one year, especially thinking about the little-step strategy I described earlier.

The new UI is a joy to play/work with. There are lots of small things that are enjoyable, as an instance, the integration with the challenge mode (by the way, you can use your challenge mode account also on Franchise Hockey Manager products). MLB the show stubs is especially comfortable to possess just to hit your F1 key on just about any display to get moved into the OOTP manual. Especially the upper part is a good step forward, however there are just two things that I'm a little bit disappointed with. First of all, I preferred the whitish background, a glowing look is much more friendly and less tiring to my own eyes particularly during longer sessions. The darker skin admittedly seems cool, but after twenty minutes or so I wish I could get back to white.

The next issue is that you still must wait for some"loading" minutes when picking certain displays. It isn't the end of the planet, as you just have to wait a couple of seconds, but it is something I was hoping to be ironed out this year. That having been said, the UI is exceptional along with both things I simply expressed are criticism at a very high level.

The biggest improvement of this season has been the new 3D view of the game. MLB The Show won't be dethroned in this department, but the enhanced visualization actually increases immersion, especially for slow players. Perhaps next year the devs will operate a little more about the ballparks, but in the event that you can forgive a small lack of information you will find a lot more immersed this year, that is, if that is possible.
